Well-known information technology executive Debra Stouffer has joined BRMi as executive vice president for its Mission and Technology Solutions Group.
As the group’s executive leader, Ms. Stouffer will lead top and bottom line growth; talent management; annual planning and budgeting; forecasting; profit and loss; internal research and development; and mergers and acquisitions.
“Debra is recognized in both public and private sectors as a thought leader with a solid record of achievement in leading large-scale organizations and enterprise-wide IT programs,” said Mike Battle, BRMi chief executive officer. “Her experience in the area of mission and technology solutions will help us expand our core competencies to better support our clients and their missions.”
Ms. Stouffer has more than 30 years experience in both the private and public sectors. Prior to joining BRMi, Ms. Stouffer served as senior vice president and general manager ManTech’s Civilian and Homeland Security Business Unit within the Mission, Cyber, and Technology Solutions Group. Under her leadership, the group provided a wide range of premier, secure information sharing solutions to Federal, civilian, and Homeland Security departments and agencies.
Ms. Stouffer’s government career includes service as the chief technology officer (CTO) at the Environmental Protection Agency and deputy chief information officer at the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Ms. Stouffer was an active board member of the Federal Chief Information Officer’s (CIO) Council, co-chaired three CIO Council subcommittees, and was a key contributor to the Office of Management and Budget information technology initiatives that established the first Federal Business Reference Model and the first Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework.
Ms. Stouffer won the Government Computer Week Federal 100 Award three times. She is past president and current director of the Association of the Federal Information Resource Managers.
