Senior Technical Director, Management Consulting Services Rick Nickerson demonstrated BRMi’s unique approach to implementing the Troux Enterprise Architecture product suite for more than 230 Federal government chief information officers and chief enterprise architects at this year’s Government Technology Research Alliance (GTRA) conference.
“BRMi’s proven methodology demonstrates a path for how a federal agency can leverage the Troux Transformation Platform to plan and execute major transformation initiatives more effectively,” said Nickerson. “Our solution moves organizations toward infusing EA with cutting edge business know-how that transforms EA from merely being about information technology standards to being about using the right IT to improve service to customers.”
Mr. Nickerson partnered with Troux product leaders to conduct numerous breakout sessions and meetings to demonstrate BRMi’s extension of the industry-leading Troux product suite at USCIS, a large component agency of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). BRMi’s approach makes the Troux tools even more useful to business process owners at federal agencies. He also gave a live demonstration and talk during the conference’s initial session that demonstrated BRMi’s strategic approach to transforming current Federal IT investment management practices into leaner, more relevant, and more impactful governance through the use of EA and the Troux product suite.
This year’s GTRA Conference was held June 6-8 at Bedford Springs (Pa.) Resort.
