Job Description:

• Serve as a key participant in ongoing management support for a process reengineering project in support of a critical government program.
• Develop process models for as-is and to-be environments, as well as assist with performing gap analysis.
• Work with all levels of stakeholders to map the processes, facilitate and elicit the process steps necessary to the mapping, and execute on the simulation using the tool to validate the process.
• Perform tasks on time and with high level of diligence.
• Engage with technology and business stakeholders and serve as a liaison.
• Provide process, performance, and system analytical support to ensure the program is achieving its purpose.
• Support senior management in the development, communication, and execution of the program’s strategy.
• Engage in regular and sustained client interaction, encompassing both formal presentations and informal, routine communication.
• Develop program documentation and briefings.

Core Skills:

• Experience in a management consulting or business advisory services.
• Systems engineering or information systems experience preferred.
• Strong data analysis, program evaluation, and critical thinking skills
• Strong process modeling, performance modeling, and gap analysis skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project skills preferred.
• Strong iGrafx skills.

Other Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6 plus years of management consulting and business analysis experience.
• Experience in government sector preferred.
• Self-starter with a great deal of initiative and willing to contribute to a small business.
• Must be a US citizen.
